How will you access some of the platforms to create my creatives or website?

If we create you a website or embed external content such as Calendly calendars, we will facilitate you with a Gmail account first from which you'll be able to access all other platform accounts (One.com, VEV, etc).

Why am I being asked to write down my name?

You can optionally add your name to your purchase. If you choose to do so, we will pass on this information to your designer so that they know how to address you on WhatsApp.

Why am I being asked to write down my mobile phone number?

We need a mobile contact number to be able to reach you on WhatsApp. Please remember to have an active account on WhatsApp before purchasing our packages, since we'll need it to contact you.

If we don't find a valid account tied to the provided number, we will e-mail you to solve the issue.

Will the designers have my personal information?

Your payment information is safely secured by Stripe. We do not store nor share personal information with our designers. Only your order number will be stored so that we can corroborate that you're our client.

How is my payment processed?

We've teamed up with Stripe to safely process all payments. You can purchase with Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.

How long will it take until my website is ready?

Websites take between one to three weeks depending on the complexity and external resources that need to be incorporated. Most websites are delivered within 10 days.

Does Ideatora take care of website maintenance?

No, we do not maintain nor update your site once it's delivered. When we hand you your website, we will provide basic instructions on how to update it yourself according to your needs.

We are working on a subscription service for website maintenance. Reach out if you're interested.

Can you incorporate sign up forms, calendar, social networks, etc. to my website?

We will happily add any feature that you need and that is covered by VEV and One.com. For those features that would require an external platform, we will advise you on different solutions to implement and embed inside the website.

Depending on the complexity and privacy requirements of these platforms, we may run through the process ourselves or ask you to give us the necessary

Can you get me a domain name? .com .net .org .shop

We can facilitate the acquisition of a new domain and it's incorporation as the website address through the tools in VEV and One.com.

You will be responsible however of the purchase process and the coverage of costs.

What is VEV and One.com? Which one should I pick?

VEV and One.com are no-coding website creation platforms, each with it's own environment and tools.

VEV allows for beautiful, interactive interfaces, with animated objects and advanced effects. It provides the most flexiblity to attach (embed) external content as well. It is, however, limited in the e-commerce sector, given that it does not provide support for an integrated online shop, and relies on embedded content from other online shop platforms or payment getaway services. One.com provides a simple, intuitive and user friendly Website Builder, which is easy to redesign and update. It also provides support for an incorporated product catalogue and direct integration with Square and PayPal, making it ideal for a quick-running e-commerce. How do I get in touch with my designer?

At Ideatora, you will be working with the designer directly through WhatsApp or text.

Once you start a subscription or purchase a package, you'll receive Ideatora's number which you can use to connect with your designer for the first time.

We will automatically reach out to you via WhatsApp or SMS to the number you provided us with within a few hours of your purchase. However, if you would prefer not to wait, you can message us instead.

You may send images, drawings, videos and whatever else you think will be of use to your designer via WhatsApp or SMS.

I am unsatisfied with my designer, may I work with another one?

We understand that sometimes the synergy just isn't right. Because we want you to have the best experience possible, you may request to switch designers by texting to the Ideatora contact number that has been provided to you with your purchase.

My designer is unresponsive, what do I do?

Designers should reply throughout the day, and may not reply during night hours (Eastern Time). Designers may not be available on weekends. If this is the case, they will inform you in advance.

In the uneventful case that your designer were to be unresponsive for more than 24hs, please report the issue via text to the Ideatora contact number that has been provided to you with your purchase.

My designer has changed, what will happen to my projects?

Due to availability conflicts we will sometimes change your designer to ensure that you're getting the swiftest experience on Ideatora.

If you would prefer to stay with your previous designer, you may request to be assigned back to them via text to the Ideatora number.

Can I choose my designer?

Designers are assigned on an availability basis to guarantee the fastest experience for our clients. For this reason, we'll automatically assign you a designer from our team of vetted professionals.

Can the creatives be delivered in a specific software format?

At this time we do not support delivery in formats such as PSD (Photoshop), AI (Illustrator), PRPROJ (Premiere Pro), CRD (CorelDraw), etc.

Designers may share software files at their will, without guarantee that the file will be fully editable.

PPT (Powerpoint) format is supported, along with any work done in online suites (Canva, Coohom, Prezi). For these projects, the client must always request in advance for the project to be done in the corresponding suite. Work will be shared via online links provided by each of the mentioned suites.

How long will it take to get my creatives?

Designers will start working on the project within 12hs of client request. Your designer will keep you updated on progress at all times.

Most creatives are delivered within one day, though longer projects may take extra days.

I have a lot of projects I need to get done, what should I do?

Feel free to share your schedule with your designer and schedule projects to improve overall efficiency.

Our designers are trained to assist you and determine the best way to distribute workload. For legal reasons, they can work up to 30hs a week.

What filetypes are the creatives delivered in?

All products are delivered in its corresponding image, vector, or video format. All the most common formats are supported, such as JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, MP4, MOV, AVI, etc. Clients may request other filetypes to the designer freely.

Is there a limit to the amount of creatives I can request?

When we say unlimited creatives we really do mean it! You can request as much and as often as you want. Take into consideration that you'll be assigned one working designer, so no more than one creative can be worked on simultaneously. Enjoy up to 30hs of work time per week.
